COVID Guidelines

Everyone's health and safety are important at Nu Dimensions Hair Studio. In order to serve you and keep you and our stylists safe, we ask that you abide by the following:

  • Services are provided by appointment only.
  • No walk-ins accepted at this time.
  • Guests are not allowed to accompany clients during services.
  • Children are not allowed in the studio except by appointment.
  • Masks are required at all times when inside the studio.
  • If you are exhibiting symptoms (COVID, cold, flu-like symptoms, or other illness) kindly reschedule or cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
  • Contact your stylist upon arrival prior to entering the studio to ensure distancing for clients and stylists

Cancellations

We understand that, occasionally, things happen; however, last minute cancellations and late arrivals impose a great inconvenience to the business, as we do not schedule clients within the same hour. A 24 hour notice is required if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failing to give a 24 hour notice for a cancellation will incur a $25 fee to your account. A no call-no show will incur a $40 fee to your account.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will lose your appointment and be asked to reschedule or be worked in as a walk-in. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. As a courtesy, email or text messages can be sent for appointment reminders. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid lateness, missed appointments and cancellations fees.

Walk-Ins

We are not currently accepting walk-ins. The best way to make an appointment is to call the salon or book online.

Children

We love children. For safety and comfort to all salon guests, kids are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. It is our goal to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere. If you are unable to make childcare arrangements we will reschedule your appointment.

Payment

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. During a consultation we will be more than happy to discuss services to be rendered and all charges and fees prior to servicing you. Please note: Credit for salon services is NOT available. We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Pricing
  • All services are priced upon consultation.
  • Listed prices are basic and may increase according to agreed-upon services during consultation.

May be applied to the balance of your service or; May be forfeited in the event of a no-call, no-show or cancellation, or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice; Exceptions allowed: COVID, cold, flu-like symptoms, or other illness—please reschedule or cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
